At Wellcare Pharmacy Qatar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Wellcare account or contact our customer support team in Qatar to submit a return or exchange request with your order number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain intact and undamaged.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Our specialized courier service will contact you within 24-48 hours to collect the return package directly from your preferred location in Doha or surrounding areas.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 business days.
